Draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment
The Federal Transit Administration and the Exposition Construction Authority, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, have prepared a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) to asses the potential environmental impacts resulting from the construction and operation of the passenger station at Farmdale Avenue. Notice of Availability of Draft EA
The Draft EA is available for review during a 30-day public review period during which affected governmental agencies and interested members of the public can comment on the contents of the document. This 30-day public review period will commence on May 17, 2010 and will end on June 15, 2010.
Public Hearing
The California Public Utilities Commission is holding a Public Participation Hearing on the Exposition Construction Authority’s grade crossing application for Farmdale Avenue near Dorsey High School, which includes the addition of a passenger station. At this hearing, you may submit written and oral comments on the Draft EA:
